Field Sales EXECUTIVE Company: Hinduja Finance Job Role: Field Sales Executive – Personal Loans Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Work Location: All over Bangalore Job Overview Bajaj Finance is hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Tele Sales Executive – Personal Loans. The role involves contacting potential customers through company-provided leads, explaining personal loan products, converting leads into customers, and completing post-disbursement field activities such as document collection and KYC verification. Freshers who are 12th pass or graduates are welcome to apply! Roles and Responsibilities • Contact potential customers using company-provided leads. • Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and other relevant details to customers. • Understand customer requirements and convince eligible prospects to apply for a personal loan. • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales. • Assist customers throughout the loan application process. • Visit customers in the field after the loan purchase/application process, as required, for document collection and KYC verification. • Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer documents. • Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships. • Achieve assigned sales targets and follow company policies and procedures. Eligibility Criteria • Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates can also apply. • Experience: Freshers are welcome. • Communication: Good communication and convincing skills. • Skills: Basic computer knowledge, customer handling, and a willingness to work towards sales targets. • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for field visits and KYC/documentation activities. Salary Details • CTC: ₹20,000 per month • Take-Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month
