Description

Assist senior citizens with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care activities. Support residents with mobility, walking, transferring, and positioning safely. Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical condition, behaviour, appetite, or general well-being to the Clinical In-charge. Check and record basic vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, if trained and authorized. Assist residents during meals and ensure adequate hydration as per their care plans. Provide support and companionship to residents and treat them with dignity and respect. Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and infection-control practices. Assist nursing staff with routine care and follow the instructions of the Clinical In-charge. Maintain daily care records and report any incidents or emergencies immediately. Follow the facility’s safety protocols and ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.
