Description
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables. Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards. Ensure proper storage and handling of food items. Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock rotation. Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.
