Position – Accountant Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai Official Website: https://www.starseamgmt.com/ Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary : ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month ---Key Responsibilities:- * Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions. * Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups. * Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment statements. * Maintain and reconcile bank statements and ledgers. * Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and expense statements. * Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation. * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding accounts. * Assist with salary processing and employee reimbursement records. ---Requirements : * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. * Previous experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. * Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures. * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Good attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ---Preferred Skills :- * Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles. * Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime. * Knowledge of GST returns, TDS filing, and bank reconciliation. * Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ---How to Apply Please share your updated CV through either of the following channels: Email: crewing.de@starseamanagement.com WhatsApp: +91 85913 05582
